SAN errors

We are running 2 ESX3.5 servers with VCenter. I setup Veeam for testing and notice that we are getting the following errors.

Level of bus resets is above 1.

Im seeing these every few days, and they dont necessarily coincide with some of our performance issues however that is pretty concerning that our expensive HP san is failing if thats the case.
