Single vCPU usage

Hi guys!
Is it possible to monitor the single vCPU usage on the multicpu VM?
We have a Problem with one 4 vCPU Linux VM:
sometimes runs VM with CPU usage on two CPU Cores with 100%, 3 and 4 Core have only 10 % usage.
The troublemaker is a oracle Task, if the task runs more then 5 hours with more
then 100% usage, it should be killed by admin, but we cannot config single vCPU usage threshhold in the "veeam one" alarm settings.

Yes, we do not provide this capability out-of-the box, but if you open a support case our team should be able to give you a solution that would enable you to monitor your VMs CPU per each core > CPU Ready per CPU not per VM
