Real-time performance monitoring and troubleshooting

Running Veeam One monitor client, if I'm logged in with one account, popped right up and asked me for the One server. Then it sat on please wait for 5 minutes before telling me it can't connect. I've tried host name, FQDN and IP address. I've tried running the service with the local system and the Veeam Service Account. Reporter and Business View start up just fine. I reinstalled all Veeam One components just for grins. No love. Any ideas?

Are Veeam One client and server equally updated?
Did you try to contact Veeam technical support for the logs investigation? Thanks!

Are you able to connect from any other computer? Also what Veeam ONE server and Veeam ONE Monitor Client are you using?
