[Feature request] 'VM power status' for Hyper-V

Hello,

I would like an alert if a Hyper-V VM's power status is off for a set amount of time (exactly like the alarm for ESXi VMs).
We get alerts for guest restart and shutdown, but there have been cases where a VM was off and an alert was not sent out (hardware failure causes server to reboot and a VM was not set to turn on automatically).

Thanks for the FR, we should be able to add it in our next updates. As a workaround for now, you may want to schedule this report and see which VMs are offline > VMs Configuration
