Feature Request - Better Error Message when proxy doesn't have access permissions to repository

As of VBR 12.1, AHV plug-in 12.5.1.8, and AHV proxy/appliance version 5.1.0.7.

I had an annoying issue - I was trying to restore an AHV VM from a Veeam backup. As soon as I hit the "Finish" button in the restore wizard, I got this incredibly unhelpful error message - the job doesn't even start, all you get is this error in the console:

Failed to start restoring virtual machine. Failed to execute restoreVM - Failed to start Vm restore [Name: VM-NAME-REDACTED, ID: UUID-REDACTED]

Now with support's help they figured out the issue - the AHV proxy in question didn't have permissions to the backup repo (SOBR in my case) where the restore point was. Easy enough fix, but this error message should have been much better so that I could have self-corrected without support's help.
