I have several errors in the offload process with the message: Scale-out repository rescan is required: performance tier is not synchronized with capacity tier
But when executing the rescan, the failure occurs: Warning Failed to import backup VM Details: Unknown acknowledge code: [1818845510].

guessing on that kind of issue on a forum (support cases with same error sound like network issues, but that needs to be investigated). I suggest to continue with support. I see that support tries to coordinate a remote session with you, but your schedule seem to be full
