I setup offloading archive tier to Azure a while back and now that my jobs have hit their offload window from my Hot Azure tier (180 days), they are all failing with this error.
Additional Details: Task failed. Error: This request is not authorized to perform this operation.
Agent failed to process method {LongTerm.GetRepositoryKey}.
I do have a case open but it's moving slow, case # 05026255. I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone has seen this error before and could provide some insight to move me along in fixing this?
It is Veeam V11 on the latest patch. Thanks in advance!
Quickly checked if anyone posted similar problems, but it doesn't seem to be a common issue, so please keep working with Support.

I too am encountering that same Error: This request is not authorized to perform this operation.
Agent failed to process method {LongTerm.GetRepositoryKey}
We were successfully archiving very large SQL Server backups for months with VBR v11 & v11a.
Our Compute account's secret expired & we needed to create a new 'Compute Account' because the previous account utilized an ex-emp's Azure account, which has since been dropped. He was our Azure guru with all the privileges & I'm an Azure newbie.
Now (May/June 2023) it's throwing the 'not authorized" error msg.
Veeam Support has told us it's most likely a permissions issue, but we can't find any discrepancy from the requirements doc.
