SOBR Copy mode question

Hello All.
I am requesting a sanity check. So we have been deploying smaller to mid-sized Linux Hardened Repos lately as the performance tier. We are then using Wasabi Object storage as the capacity tier. Everything is working extremely well. Now since larger-sized 7200RPM SATA spinners are very inexpensive we have been building these with enough storage that is WAY overkill for the client backups. The price difference on the larger drives is so minimal even in a RAID-1 configuration so why not. We are utilizing XFS.

So I am curious if there is any downside anywhere to just using COPY mode only and not bothering with Move since there is a ton of space available on-prem. There is a ton of space for any future GFS and synthetic backups on-prem. In essence, we want to "mirror" the on-prem repo with the Object Storage.

Are there any overhead issues to maintain this mirror (block pointers, etc) or concerns above corruption?

Go for copy, nothing to worry about from Veeam side.
