to be on Physical Server? or can be on virtual machine?

Opinions vary, just like some people like Android and other iOS. Personally, I am with the group of people who thinks that data protection solution should not be relying on the infrastructure that it is protecting (for obvious reasons). Other folks ready to take certain risks to achieve 100% virtualization, and deploy Veeam in a VM. Both approaches are equally common. Thanks!
