Installing license never completes.

Two different places I've tried to install the free version of Veeam ONE and apply the license and it never completes.

In both situations I load the Reporter web based interface and get the message about needing a license. I have downloaded the license separately both times. Then I go to the configuration page, apply the license and the 'Installing License' box shows with the progress line that just goes and goes and goes until finally it times out. It never completes.

I have made sure that the system in question has complete network access, but reviewing logs of the local firewall I don't see it doing much.

Any help? Can't believe the latest version is so difficult just to apply the free license.

Hello Simon,

Can you please open your license key with a notepad to verify it is was not corrupted by anitvirus software? If everything looks good, then please open a support case with our technical team for further troubleshooting.
