Hello,
I'm getting errors when trying to backup a Windows 2003 Server. As a result the VM fails to backup
In order to circumvent this I have disabled the Application Aware Image processing and now it backs up successfully
1. I have checked that the domain account can connect to the admin share
2. I have installed the latest Veeam 7 patch (771)
3. I have check the VSS writers are not showing any errors
Does anyone have any ideas what else I can check? It would be good to use the Application Aware Image processing in order to guarantee a solid backup

Simon, with all technical issues it is always preferable to contact technical support directly. Troubleshooting the reasons of application-aware processing failure requires logs investigation.

Hi, Simon, I'm wondering what exact errors you had while trying to backup Windows Server 2003 with AAIP enabled. Were they by any chance similar to those?
