00517595 was logged on Saturday 15th February and I have yet to hear anything and have sent follow up emails with no response. This was logged with Severity 2. This forum post is/was a cry for help

I have now had to delete all my backups, uninstall Veeam, reinstall Veeam again and setup a brand new job loosing all of my restore points.

Hi Kris, I am guessing you are on standard support program then? Standard support hours are Monday through Friday only (support policy). I realize it does not matter for you now, but you may want to keep this in mind for future support cases. Thanks!
