Re: Delay in Vm Restore
Hello Ali,
What kind of storage do you use to store your backup files? If you use the latest restore point, do you observe the same delay?
Thank you!

Re: Delay in Vm Restore
Do you mean the restored VM gets removed after you click Stop Publishing on the Instant Recovery task? This is completely expected, if you need to keep the VM, you'd better migrate it to production first.Black_Roze wrote:when turn on the restore vm is working but when the stop the task delete the Vm

It is not moved automatically, you need to use Quick Migration to move the VM. Or are you saying Quick Migration does not work for you?Black_Roze wrote:my friends why veeam after recovery dont move to that datastore i selected ?

Re: Delay in Vm Restore
Migration of the VM after instant recovery is not automatic. You need to do the migration towards the production datastore by using VMware native Storage Vmotion (if you have it) or Veeam Quick Migration.
If instead you are talking about full VM restore (not clear in previous posts) the VM is already in the destination datastore.
Luca.

Re: Delay in Vm Restore
If it's the same delay, then most likely it was caused by performance of your target storage. To confirm that I would recommend to contact our technical team and review your restore job log.Black_Roze wrote:for secend Q : yes for restore full backup restore its running
