How can i see history of backup jobs, to see the amount of times taken and speeds etc..?

Sam, you can open job session log and use arrow keys to navigate between job runs. Also, session history is available under the History node in the main Veeam B&R tree.

If you're interested in historical backup data analysis, then I would suggest using Veeam ONE as a reporting tool for this. It has more than 20 predefined backup report templates for almost for all activities. Just my 2 cents.
