Adding VCenter is deactivated

Post by dadude »

Hi there,

I've installed VeeamOne with a 12 sockets NFR license. I added our local VCenter when I installed the software. This works fine. Now I'm trying to add a second VCenter (connected via VPN). When I right-click on the top of my infrastructure the "Add Server" entry is greyed out.

Where is my mistake? The system is Windows Server 2008R2 installed in english language. VeeamOne is the latest version.

Thanks for any help on this topic.

Regards

Andre

Hello Andre,

What account do you currently use? It seems like you're using Veeam ONE read-only account which indeed has this option disabled, try to use admin account to add the server you need.

Thank you!
