how to connect monitoring client to server ?

Hi guys

my laptop is workgroup and i installed monitoring client on that ,
but now , i can't connect to monitoring server ?! cause i just can insert a IP address on option menu !!!
how can i authenticate my work-group laptop ?!
i have server administrator password , all i need is find way to run monitoring client on a workgroup machine .

Hello Mehdi,

So you specify IP address when you click Client Settings -> Host Settings and nothing happens? In order to use Veeam ONE in the workgroup the account you're using to open Monitor Client should belong to one of the Veeam groups located on Veeam ONE server.
