Hello,
Could someone explain how EnableSameHostHotaddMode works?
In an onsite replication job is interested only the source proxy or also the target?
This is a very important news for NTFS users.
Thanks,
Carlo

Re: EnableSameHostHotaddMode
With this key enabled, Veeam B&R gives preference to a backup proxy located on the same host as the processed VM, which allows to prevent storage locking issues with using hotadd for processing VMs residing on NFS datastores, when a proxy on one host is used to backup a VM on another host.
Currently the key applies to the source proxy server selection only, however in the next patch should also apply to the target side.
