Dear all,
i am back with my Solution for this issue,
to those who may face this issue ! the solution is :
V7 create a root use on the CL Helper, make sure this root has the same password as your Vcenter / ESXI root password,
i've monitored the activity of the Veeam and it was trying to connect with the build in root CLP Helper to connect to my Vcenter / ESXI.
otherwise just add a Admin user to the managed users on the Veeam and you are set,

this issue is fixed, if any of you may have the same issue i am ready to answert your questions !

I had one server I needed to add the server\user when the user name was the same but password was not the same as other servers. above would be 192.168.2.0\root for the user.
