Veeam WAN acceleration and SEED

Dear All

I am currently busy setting up a copy job. I want to seed my files using a USB disk. This process i well know for me.
THe only new thing for me is the wan acceleration. I installed both the servers, one at our side, one in the datacenter side als target wan accelerator.

When i create my job, i use a local USB drive as repository. Do i specify the wan acceleration from the start in this job? Or do i change the job after the first run?

Hmm i still have problems with this.
I setup a new copy job, i specify the source and target wan accelator.
Source accelerator is the veeam server at the customer HQ. Target is window 2008R2 server at the datacenter.
I use a local usb disk as a temp repository for the seed. The job is running 24 houres now and there is 4gb transferred.
Aint there a possibility to seed the wan accelerator cache?

Btw, how do you seed backup copy and what are the bottleneck stats for this job?

Target wan was the bottleneck.
I seed by creating a copy job, specify a local usb disk as repository.

The problem is that many files where send to the wan accelerator.

Do you mean you're mapping the job to the backup file located on USB disk connected to the target server?

Note that during the initial job run, global WAN cache is populated and this can take time and use significant disk I/O on the target server (Target WAN being the bottleneck justifies this). However not much WAN bandwidth should be used.
