Issue during backup process (Case ID 00597866)

Dear All, after installing vsphere 5.5, I'm unable to backup my VM (Esxi 5.5)

After launching the job, I have this issue for all VM I want to backup.

Task failed Error:
The underlying connection was closed: The server closed a connection that should be kept active.
La connexion sous-jacente a été fermée : Le serveur a fermé une connexion qui devait être maintenue active.




Could you help me to solve this ?

What version of Veeam B&R are you on?

Hi foggy, I have installed my B&R server from scratch, now I use the V 7.0.0.871

There used to be similar issues related to broken connectivity between backup server and vCenter. Though, they mostly occurred years ago and have been reported since then. So, please, keep working with our support team on finding the root cause. Thanks.
