Veeam v8 license available to current v7 users?

Will v8 be available for download to those currently on support with v7? We have a number of clients who are on 7 (all on support), some just purchased veeam last month and others are buying licenses this month. How will this be handled?

Yes, upgrades are always free for users with active maintenance agreements... this is what they are paying maintenance for anyway

Note however that maintenance agreements must be in force at the time when they request v8 license. This is very important. It will not matter later that v8 was released on the day when they still had their maintenance agreement active.
