Restore problem

Post by sumwu »

1)
According to Restful API, it provided a “restoreSeesions” for us to view the restore log. But I found that Restful API only shows the recent logs (around 1 month).
In the below case, Restful API only can show 3 restore log. But the pass record is missing.
Can we control the restore log period we want or any method to view the full log?

2)
In-accuracy of Timestamp in Restful API. Can we sync with vmware clock?

1) In version 7 there is a predefined limit on number of returned sessions. The limit is around 15 days. You can try to use querysvc, instead. In version 8 we will increase the limit to 30 days and also make it configurable via registry.

2) RESTAPI provides time in UTC.

Thanks.
