when you run a backup task, replication, etc., they create one or more processes VeeamAgent.exe. Sometimes backup tasks become unresponsive and stop their regular means not working. In this case it is necessary to take the process VeeamAgent.exe responsible for stale task. Question: If the task is running a lot, how to determine the corresponding processes VeeamAgent.exe

before taking actions against the veeam executables, I suggest you to open a case with support, better to let our team investigate this unexpected behaviour.

SysinternalSuite's Process Explorer will tell you the command line that spawned the VeeamAgent.exe, along with any parameters such as where the log file is, etc... That will point you in the correct direction. See the posting I just made in this forum titled "StoreOnce - replicated target automated import?" for how I used Process Explorer and PSEXEC to resolve my issue.
