Hi,
Is it possible to install Veam 7 on SQL 2008 without cause any issue? I tried but I see that require some SQL 2012 packages.

Yes, Veeam B&R v7 works with SQL 2008.
Could you please clarify your problem: do you have an installation error or you are not able to proceed installation because wizard asks you for some additional files?
Are you choosing existing SQL server?

the installer request some additional file, but I don't know if this additional files ( like SQL 2012 libs ) cause some issues on the SQL 2008 where there are replica merge. When Can I choose existing SQL ?

You can select the existing SQL Server instance at the corresponding step of the setup wizard.
