Backup failed veeam 7.0 "Another task is..."

I have some issues with a backup now..

some info. in some way the veeam server had hang.. so it was rebooted and then one of the VM can't be backed up anymmore. All the other servers are backuped fine.. no problem there just this one...
All it says is, "another task is already in progress"
So I logged in to the esxi server and got the info from task_list of the vm.

I can't create any snapshots via vsphere client. or run consolidate..

Any tips?

As a workaround, you can try to clone the said VM, run backup job against new VM, and see whether it makes any difference. Thanks.

You can also try to restart ESXi host management agents, I've seen that in some cases it helped to overcome similar issues with task locks. Thanks.
