Dedupe on backup copy when using WAN Accelerator

Should I enable inline data deduplication on backup copy jobs when using a Veeam WAN Accelerator?

I assume Compression level = Optimal should be set?

If it matters, I am using a Data Domain repository, and I have decompress set at the repository level.

Default settings for the backup copy jobs should work fine. You will still see traffic savings with these settings when using WAN accelerators. Since you're using Data Domain as a target repository, I would also recommend using DD boost integration for your backup copy jobs.
