Feature request forever forward incremental

Hi,

It would be nice to have the new forever forward incremental backup mode in veb which is in vbr v8.
say for example a backup is scheduled for a desktop every day and at the end of the month instead of copying all the files it would be simpler to just copy the vbk (which would be the latest) to another disk for archiving.

Actually, Endpoint is using this very backup mode (forever forward incremental from v8).
From your description it sounds like you are asking for the reversed incremental backup mode?

Excellent use case. This made me realize that we can use an existing synthesized backup functionality from v8 Backup to Tape jobs to enable such monthly exports. Dmitry, please log a FR, this is a good one. And by the way, this feature request should also be added to the list of candidates for Surface 3 Pro giveaway
