Veeam Replication question

Hello,
I have a question
I have one site with 2 esx and one VM. I want to replicate this VM to the second ESX.
My problem is my Veeam server is on an other site and my Virtual Center too.
In my Job i have poor performance rate: 200kb/s.
What is the best configuration for my job, in the goal to have a minimum communication beetween the ESX and the Veeam server?

Hello,

I would install Veeam server localy on the site which has 2 ESX hosts and managed that backup server remotely using Enterprise Manager.
However could you tell us what version of ESX hosts do you have and what replication job mode are you currently using?
