Missing "Media Vaulting Options" For Tape Backup

I am currently trying to setup a tape backup job, but running into an issue with Media Vault Options. I do not see that option any where in my current Veeam Backup & Replication 7.0. Am I missing something here?

According to this link http://helpcenter.veeam.com/backup/80/v ... ntion.html it indicated an Offline media tracking option at the Retention configuration of New Media Pool, but mine does not have this in Retention configuration window. How do you go about getting this option to appear or what am I missing in my Veeam Backup & Replication software?
