What are your experience with RDX tape library emulation?

I want to implement some kind of automated backup copy to removable media that doesn't involve any daily interaction on my part. I was researching the Tandberg RDX Quickstor and noticed that Veeam had full tape emulation support for it. Has anyone used that and what are your experiences with it? Or does anyone have any other suggestions? Ideally, I just want to load a couple of RDX tapes into the Quickstor and just come in every morning and remove one to take home and reload a tape I had previously taken home.
