Veeam Endpoint restore on different hardware

Hello,

I have a few questions about this interessting product. Can I send/run backup on network/shared folder (USB disk/NAS)? If computer crush and we need complete restore how is this working on new hardware?

Hi Ultra_Cool,
You can back up your entire PC, specific volumes or/and folders with Endpoint Backup to USB or local drive, shared folder or VBR(not available in the BETA). Restore to dissimilar hardware is supported, but you may need to load the necessary storage or network drivers manually during bare metal recovery. Cannot provide you the exact ETA, but is going to be released soon – we stick to the plan to provide the GA version in early 2015.
