dashboard is loading... loading... loading...

hey gang,

I have just installed the EM module on my server and i,ve got a little issue accessing it. When i log in, the page is load but the loading sign stay there for ever.
The only way i figure it out to enter properly, i need to killed the service, restart it and log in asap.. 5 minutes and it is too late. Once i'm in, if i click the dashboard icon, it start loading again.

Any one get that error? I already apply the patch 1, IIS is working properly, application pool too....

I'd check whether the server isn't deprived on resources. If this server hosts backup server role, as well, don't forget to also add those system requirements.

Just for the testing purpose it might be worth trying connecting to EM, using different browser.

Thanks for your quick reply, Yes our server meet the requirement. 2x 6core xeon with 32gb of ram, ressource are available.
I will try to reinstall it this afternoon
