Effect of Periodic Full on Backup Copy Job

I am currently using a backup scheme of Forward Incremental with 30 RPs done on a daily schedule, with no periodic full being done.
I have a Backup Copy Job sending these backups to a Veeam Cloud Connect repository. I want to keep about 2 months on VCC.
My understanding is that BCJs are always Forward Incremental.
I was thinking of changing my Backup Job to enabling periodic Active Fulls, say on a monthly basis. What effect will doing periodic Active Fulls have on the BCJ. At the time of the new AF will the BCJ have to copy over the complete AF or can it figure out the changes? I would not want to transfer a new AF every month to VCC.

No effect, backup copy job will copy changes only.
