MSL 2024 tape out problems

Hi,

We have veeam BR 8.0 Update 1 with a HP MSL 2024 FC and a DD2500 as backup to disk repository.

We are exporting our backup to tapes on weekly basis and making an export to WORM at the end of the month.

Now, my customer is having some weird issue, but only when the job is running by schedule, manually it always works.

I made an Inventory job to run by powershell and scheduler as this feature doesn't exist.

but nothing helps.

Hello virtualCHgeek,
This happens when backing up to WORM tape or regular tape? By the way, appending data to WORM media is not supported with current Veeam B&R version.
