Hi,
How can we force a tape job to use a specific network for sending backup jobs to the tape server ?
Currently we created a dedicated tape network adapter on the components : veeam server / veeam proxy-repository / veeam tape server;
When we set the preferred network to the dedicated VLAN, the dedicated network adapter is not being used.
Any help will be appreciated

How repository and tape server are added to a backup server? Via IPs from a dedicated network? What is a type of repository? Thanks.

Repository and backup server are added by IP address in the dedicated network. We authenticate with local credentials on the server. The repository server uses local storage.

Can you try to set a desired network, using preferred network option that can be found under global throttling rules and see whether it helps or not? Thanks.
