Add "windows server" repository without administrator access

Hello,
is there a way to add windows server repository to veeam, without having admininistrator permissions on that repository server?
The case is that we want to add 3rd party windows server as repository for backup copy, what are the steps if there is such a procedure?

Not sure whether it's likely to work, but you can ask the 3-party company to manually install required packages on the given server and try to add and rescan it into your backup console. Thanks.
