Hi,

Yes, 37 GB should be enough :-)

can you retry to create the recovery ISO and then submit a recovery case through the support panel?

Please post the support ID here and keep us informed of the progress

Thanks

Mike

Olaf,
I have a quick question – what type of media you are trying to use? If its just an ISO – could you save it to the local disk?

P.S. If you still have any issues opening support case, please, share Endpoint logs (from C:\ProgramData\Veeam) with me thru dropbox or google drive (you can send me a link via PM)

I have found the reason.

%TEMP% was not on C: and did not have enough room for the ISO.

So please correct the error message to "there is not enough temporary space".

Thank you!

Olaf,
I was going to propose a windows disk cleanup anyway, but the dev team asked the logs to double-check. Thanks for the heads up!
