FastSCP parameter is not valid

Hi,
I have an error at fastscp start up.
The error is : parameter is not valid. And the program doesn't run.
Services are started.
The version is 4.1.1 on a 2008 server.
Could you help me please?

Riccardo, are you sure you have downloaded and installed FastSCP?

Because the latest FastSCP version is 3.0.2, please download it from here:
http://www.veeam.com/vmware-esxi-fastscp/download.html

Could you tell us your ticket number, because I've just checked our support ticket system and found no tickets opened using your email address (moreover, nothing from this domain name). Please write to support@veeam.com to get quicker assistance.

Additionaly please send all the logs from Help|Support Information to our support. They cannot troubleshoot or provide assistance on technical issues without having all logs available.

I just send a mail to support@veeam.com could you tell them that it is very important please? the system is locked and I can't manage any replication at this time...
