Snapshot hunter

Hello,

Lets say I have to take a snapshot for a machine and keep it for several days. Does snapshot hunter go and delete that snapshot?

Snapshot Hunter goes after hidden snapshots only (those that got stuck on removal). It does not care about or touch valid snapshots that can still be seen in the vSphere Client, unless stuck snapshot consolidation requires Remove All operation to be performed, which is basically the last resort. Thanks!

A quick workaround we implemented in v8 is Quick Backup, you can use it instead of a snapshot.
