Just thought I'd share. The Exabyte Magnum 1x7 LTO tape library works with version 8.x.

Adaptec SCSI U160 Adapter (ASC-29160LP/HP 68-pin PCI-X SCSI)
Exabyte Exabyte Magnum 1x7 LTO With IBM Tape Drive
