Report on backups on disk and on tape

Post by stijnw »

Hello

I'd like to see/check whether backups exist on disk and on tape, and if so, on which tape.

Is this possible in 1 view? I guess this could be done with PowerShell, but I'm not up to speed on that area (yet).

Are there other Veeam B&R users who have a solution for this already?

Kind Regards

Stijn

Hello Stijn,
There are number of ways doing that. I usually click "Backup and Replication" tab then "Backups".
Also you can initiate restore wizard and check restore points there or generate Veeam one report for more info about backup files.
Thanks.

Do you have Veeam ONE deployed? If so, put into use Tape Report; should give the information you're looking for. Thanks.
