Backing Up Veeam Server - Best Method

We used the SQL install instance that the Veeam installer provided. What is the best method for backup on this server? As I understand it, Veeam can't back itself up? Any links out here that I might access? If I deploy a second Veeam server (which we are thinking about doing), I could then have them backup each other, correct? :?:
