I'm using Veeam Backup and Replication 8 on a 2012 R2 server.
I have a 2012 R2 server (Hyper-V enabled) with a 2003 r2 exchange 2007 (soon to be retired) vm.
Before it's retired and we migrate to Office 365 I want to back it up with veeam.
The log folders were getting full so in Veeam I enabled application aware processing with process transaction logs selected. For SQL I have truncate logs selected.
I'm getting this error in Veeam:
Guest processing skipped (check guest OS VSS state and integration components version)
I've enable shadow copies on both hdd's on the 2003 vm.

Re: Exchange 2007 - check guest OS VSS state
Hi Mark,
Have you checked this KB article? The 2003R2 is an old system, so some incompatibilities could have occurred.
Thank you.
