SQL Server Express 2008 Supported?

We just purchased Veeam Essentials and I am diving into the install and configuration. In the documentation for 4.1 ( http://www.veeam.com/veeam_backup_4_1_user_guide_pg.pdf) it states the following databases are supported:

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or
Microsoft SQL Server 2008. If you do not have one, the Veeam Backup
Enterprise Manager setup will install Microsoft SQL Server 2005
Express SP3.

There is no explicit mention of Express 2008 - is it supported and known to work fine? We will be installing the instance locally on the same VM as the Veeam backup and replication software. I would assume it is, but wanted to make sure.
