I need a detailed "Alarm Overview" Report

Hello,

how can i create a "Alarm Overview" Report with the detailed Alarms in it.
At the moment (vONE 8 Update2) all i get is the Report with links to sub-reports.

The Informations in the Subreport is ideal, but i dont know how to access them direct and summ them up.

In the final setup i want to create a daily automated report with all Alerts from each of my customers.

Hello Jens,

Recently you can only save the drill-down (subreport) information manually. We will think how to make it possible in the next versions though.
There is also Alarms Current State Overview report showing all currently unresolved alarms. There is no subreports in it.

In the final setup i want to create a daily automated report with all Alerts from each of my customers.

You can include users` objects in Business View groups and choose them in the scope, so the report will contain errors of only one/chosen users.
The report can be scheduled to generate automatically.

Hello Nikita,

The "Alarms Current State Overview" is a good workarround, thank you.
Altough the fact that all Stats of an Error are listed (e.g. free disk space), without the option to sort the Report, isnt perfect. I hope that you can implement a improved Version of these Reports in v9

Do you mean sort option in the "Alarms Current State Overview" report?
It`s not that difficult to implement. For now you can save the report in .xlsx format and sort errors in MS Excel.
