Upgrade license for veeam

Post by krowczynski »

Hello,

I am using a license for 8 sockets, with four servers.
Now I bought a n additional server and also bought an additional license for veeam.

Now I have two license files one for 8 and the other for2 sockets.

How can I put them together to monitor 10 sockets at all.

Thanks for quick response.

Hello Arkadiusz,

Please contact your sales rep and request merging all the licenses you have into one file.

Thanks!

I am seeing the same issue with Management center version:5.0.3.248 on Windows 2008 R2. Is there another way to update the license other than the web page?

Thanks,

Dan

Hi Dan,

Do you mean you also have 2 license files, because you purchased more licenses? If so, then you should also contact your Veeam sales rep to get the two licenses merged into one file. We only support a single license file, and the only way to update the license is via the nworks UI web page.

Regards
Alec
