Veeam License Management portal request

Dear Veeam team,
would it be possible to extend the License Management portal with an additional 'Comment' field?

Background:
My (enterprise-sized) company consits of many separated legal entities, where every legal entity purchases Veeam licenses on its own. This results in a loss of overview when I'm looking into the License Management portal. Each time we have to invest a lot of time to identify the licenses that are required. The only indicator, how to identify a license, is the maintenance expiration date. After some discussion within our team, we came to the conclusion, that it would make our life a lot easier, if you can add an additional field which allows for customer comments.

Would that be possible?
