Just started using the VeeAm Endpoint Backup and so far its AWESOME.
Is there a way to take a first backup to External (Local Storage) , copy that Backup data and then Import it into a Backup Repository on a VeeAm Backup & Replication Server ?
once that is done change the VeeAm Endpoint Backup to Destination Veeam Backup & Replication repository.
i did try it but it created another folder
The amount of files that needs to be backed up is just too much and will take days over our WAN link to the Data Center.
Hello Renier,
Backups created locally can be imported to the Veeam Backup and Replication repository, however repointing endpoint’s backup jobs will cause new full backup file to be created. As stated in the Release Notes that’s the known issues which we are going to correct in the upcoming releases.
