Utilizing Backup Enterprise Manager
Since using Backup and Replication as a destination for Endpoint Backups in our environment, is there any way to monitor these Endpoint Backups with Backup Enterprise Manager?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Utilizing Backup Enterprise Manager
Hello B.F.,
Unfortunately, all Endpoint jobs are not reflected in the Enterprise Manager. Jobs with platform type Endpoint are simply hidden form manager’s engine. May I ask is there any additional functionality you would like to see as a part of this integration? Thanks.

Re: Utilizing Backup Enterprise Manager
Hmmm, well I know I don't use BEM to it's full potential. However, when it comes to planning the backups and replications with multiple Veeam servers, I do really like the backup servers graph that is on the dashboard. From there I can see at a glance if there are any jobs that are over lapping. This would be beneficial if the Endpoint Backup jobs were also included in that graph as well.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Understood, thanks! I thought you will ask for Self Service File Restore for Endpoint backups

That does look like something I had in mind. However, looks like yet another additional cost and layer of software via LabTech.

Correct, and Veeam Availability Console with its agents' monitoring and managing capabilities would be your way to go. Thanks.

Re: Utilizing Backup Enterprise Manager
Keith,
Enterprise Manager won’t display agent jobs. However, it should be possible to perform browse and restore for upcoming VAW 2.0 backups through Enterprise Manager.
