Download v1.0 of Endpoint

I need to restore some files from a v1.0 backup and the new version will not let me. Is there a location I can download the first beta version?

Just out of curiosity, is the technology in RC build drastically different between RC and beta versions, that you guys are not allowing restores from v1.0 build and may not allow restores from the previous builds when RTM is out?
If the underlying technology is basically the same there shouldnt be a reason why restores from previous versions is not allowed.

Yes, please see one of the notes in the Endpoint RC announcement topic:

• Because of significant changes in both configuration and backup formats, we cannot provide backward compatibility for backups, or an in-place upgrade from BETA code. Please, remove Veeam Endpoint Backup BETA using Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs first before installing this RC build.

You can try to contact our technical team for the bits, or let Dmitry try to assist you (not sure where the beta bits are).
